My daughter is 4. She is almost 4ft tall and weighs about 44lbs. It fits her perfectly I would have preferred a little more room around the belly area so that there would be some room for her when putting on the zipper (so it's not so close to the skin and risk her shirt getting caught on the zipper when she puts it on herself) but over it its lovely.My daughter says it is like a blanket (nice, warm n comfy) she wears this jacket any time we go outside because she loves it. Would buy it again and would buy it as a gift.This is very well made, I like that the fleece on the inside runs through the sleeves as a lot of jackets and coats don't. I have never been disappointed with the quality and durability of Columbia coats and snowsuits, I will continue to buy from them.This coat is definitely a lighter and not a thick/puffy coat, but good for going outside during the winter, maybe not for rolling around in the snow, but I have Columbia snowsuits for that. :)I got this as it is a car seat safe coat (thinner material). So far it’s kept the kiddo warm in our Ohio winter. I love that the hood, once zipped up, covers a lot of her head and face and doesn’t fall down like coats we’ve owned in past years. I will probably continue to buy this brand of coat assuming it continues to hold up as well as it has. I got a 4T and it perfectly fits my slightly tall, but skinny almost three-year-old (who normally wears between a 3T and 4T).Like but it does fit kinda small so buy a size up for your child.I got this for my 2.5 year old daughter. She’s on the short side so the coat is a bit long. But otherwise it fits perfect. It seems warm enough for most days but I’m going to order a puffer coat for the really cold days. I just don’t think this would be warm enough for under 30 degrees unless she has many layers underneath.Perfect for a toddler in car seat and still warm enough for mild side of chicago winters. Fits well...is very comfortable but i just wish the make was upto to neck it sits a little low leaving the neck open and also given its for toddler should have had some kind of zip protector/cover to prevent the zipper digging into the skin.Definitely size up .This jacket is lovely quality and looks great too . The hood stays on nicely without sliding off as they do on most toddler coats.It is a little more lightweight than expected but it has fleece inside and is probably well insulated so we’ll keep it.We have tons of Columbia jackets and this is by far the best. It’s warm and thick but thin enough for the car seat. My daughter wears 2T but I ordered a 3T and it’s a little big, but that’s the way we wanted it so she can wear jackets under it if needed.Très beau manteau pour notre fille de 18 mois.
